Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2-7 business days. They are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. Please note that processing times may be longer during peak seasons.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Estimates
We offer various shipping options to cater to your needs:
Domestic Shipping:

International Shipping:

Standard International Shipping: 10-20 business days, depending on the destination country.
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Delivery times are estimates and start from the shipping date rather than the order date.
Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a shipment confirmation email with your tracking number(s) once your order has shipped. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Wannabe Unicorns is not responsible for customs and taxes on your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping (tariffs, taxes, etc.) are the customer's responsibility.
Damages
Wannabe Unicorns is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your damaged order, please get in touch with the shipment carrier or our support team directly through the app to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
Shipping Restrictions
We do not ship to P.O. boxes or military APO/FPO addresses.
Incorrect Address
The buyer is responsible for ensuring that the shipping address entered is correct. If you make an error in your shipping address, please get in touch with us immediately through the app. We will do our best to make the change, but we cannot guarantee that we will be able to do so if the order has already been processed.
Order Not Received
If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery times, please get in touch with us through the app with your order number. We will look into this and let you know the status of your order.
Returns Policy
Due to the custom nature of our products, all items are made to order. Therefore, we do not offer refunds or accept returns if you change your mind or no longer want the item.
However, we take pride in the quality of our products and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If there is a defect or error with your order, please get in touch with us within 30 days of receiving your item for a replacement or refund. To be eligible for a return or refund for defective items, please provide:

Steps to Return a Faulty Item:

Items must be unused and in the same condition that you received them.

As you know, the original packaging should be kept and provided if you'd like to.
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not comply with our returns policy.
